Our stages of work process provide a functional guide while your journey with us. Consistently we look forward on achieving the right result at the end of our journey
1 INITIAL SITE VISIT
Upon request and we meet up at your place to gather all necessary information by our design director with operation director.
We listen attentively to your requirements and desire as to make sure we grasp all important points.
We take measurements and photos that required for our next level in our process.
2 CONCEPT DESIGN
Based on every single info and details gathered from our valuable meet up, we shall begin our journey at our studio.
Our concept design proposal made up of Layouts, some 3D perspectives, mood images and material specification.
These details are required as to develop a budget to meet yours or our proposal that meet your requirements.
3 BUDGET PROPOSAL
Your project budget will be detailed to every single elements. This allow a clear understanding even for layman.
Will be presented together with concept design details by Operation Director with Design Director face to face with you. This allow us to provide clear understanding and look into any potential changes that required to meet your overall requirements
Our price never be a fixed price budget but flexible. We work more in collaborative way. We use our expertise and past experience to allocate costs to every elements of our cost proposal, some of which will change and some will not.
4 CONTRACT AWARD TO PHOENIX
Upon finalisation of concept design and budget proposal its time for signing award letter which shall be accompanied with deposit payment. Amount shall be as detailed in budget proposal.
We at PHOENIX will immediately commence next stage of work especially on proposed work schedule for overall completion.
This enable you to make necessary preparation on vacating the area of work and other related arrangement.
5 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
At this very important stage we develop all drawings required for right construction for right finishing at the right timing.
Our aim always to transform our design on papers into reality, in another word to realise your desire as detailed on the final design.
You are not left behind during this process but will also journey with us especially on finalising details of all elements.
6 CONSTRUCTION
PHOENIX managers every aspect of construction directly as to make sure it meets the required standard in term of quality and timeline
Upon request you may visit the site during the construction period as to witness the work process as well as to have direct feel of the spaces. We do accommodate changes if any as to further meet your requirements.
Periodical meetings will take place as to update you on progress as well as confirmation of details and specifications.
7 HANDOVER JOINT INSPECTION & DOCUMENTATION
Joint inspection mainly all aspect of works completed to identify snagging items which we work very hard to a minimum possible.
Thereafter prepare documentation on copy of approvals, guarantee/warranty certificate where applicable as well as instruction manual.
8 POST-CONSTRUCTION CARE
We welcome your feedback on any functional issue with regards to the work delivered especially on mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
We promise on realistic respond time period upon your call.
