PHOENIX PRISM SDN BHD (PHOENIX)
PHOENIX was incorporated in 2010 and over the years has chartered steady growth in the design and build of Interior Fit-out & Renovation sector of the construction industry.
PHOENIX is a CIDB G5 registered company which enables it to execute sizeable projects. In addition, PPSB is also a registered contractor with the Ministry of Finance .
PHOENIX to date has completed numerous projects in Malaysia and in neighbouring Thailand. Building on this experience and trust, the company aspires to perform even better, to serve its growing list of clients
PHOENIX besides its in-house expertise also associates with esteemed architectural, structural and interior design companies in Malaysia to enhance outreach to be a key player in the industry.

INTERIOR FIT-OUT & RENOVATION
We undertake interior design and build works of interior fit outs in new premises with raw floor space or existing premises with space that needs a makeover.
We work on clients’ requirements, culture and theme to plan & design space, finishes and fit – outs, estimate cost, construct and handover a transformed space.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We do overall planning, coordination and control of projects from design commencement to completion by meeting clients’ requirements to produce functionally and financially viable projects.
We guide clients in decision making, analyse details & specifications, plan & schedule execution of works, and direct & coordinate manpower and material resources.
We also manage physical works at site to comply with specifications, and liaise with authorities on obtaining statutory approvals.

CONSTRUCTION
We undertake remodeling and construction of houses, offices buildings, hotels, resorts, colleges and zealous to embark on new sectors of construction. We build from foundation to finishes & fit-out.
We work on clients’ requirements, expectations, and theme to plan & design whole building with necessary infrastructure and continues until the project is built and ready for use.
